1. General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions set out the rules for purchasing and using the online course “AI KREATOR od 0”, available through the sales page and the course platform.

hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”.

The course “AI KREATOR od 0” is a digital educational product consisting of video materials, instructions, PDF files, prompts, additional materials, and other content provided to the Participant as part of the selected package.
Purchasing the course constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and the rules governing the use of the course.



2. Course Purchase and Conclusion of the Agreement

The course may be purchased through the sales page or other channels indicated by the Seller.
The course may be available for pre-sale. In the case of a purchase made before the course begins, the Participant reserves a place in a specific course edition.
The course start date is indicated on the sales page or in communications addressed to Participants.
Purchasing the course before the start of an edition does not mean immediate access to the materials if the Seller has specified a particular course start date.
After completing the purchase, the Participant receives access in accordance with the terms of the selected package.



3. Course Access and Package Scope

The course is available in two packages:

Light Package:

access to the course materials for 2 months from the course start date;
access exclusively to the educational materials included in the course;
no individual feedback;
no consultations or mentoring support.

Premium Package:

access to the course materials for 4 months from the course start date;
individual feedback and support in accordance with the scope described for the Premium Package.

Feedback and support included in the Premium Package are available only during the period of active access to the course.
Feedback does not constitute ongoing mentoring support after the access period has ended.
The Participant’s inactivity, failure to watch lessons, failure to complete assignments, failure to submit work, or withdrawal from participation during the course do not result in:

an extension of the access period;
transferring access to another course edition;
a refund.

After the access period has ended, the Seller has the right to disable access to the platform and course materials.



4. Course Updates and Additional Materials

The course includes materials available as part of the purchased package at the time the course begins, as well as additional materials if indicated by the Seller.
The Seller is not obliged to:

create new lessons after the course has ended;
update materials after every change to external tools;
add new modules, features, or extensions to the course.

Any updates, additional materials, or extensions to the course may be provided at the Seller’s discretion and do not constitute a mandatory part of the purchased product unless expressly stated in the course description.
The Seller does not guarantee the continuous operation, availability, or unchanged functionality of tools using artificial intelligence, as such tools are provided by external service providers.



5. Nature of the Course and Liability

The course “AI KREATOR od 0” is educational in nature and presents methods of creating content using artificial intelligence tools.
The Seller does not guarantee that the Participant will:

achieve a specific level of income;
acquire clients;
receive projects;
achieve a specific level of earnings.

The results achieved by Participants depend on many individual factors, in particular their commitment, consistency, practice, experience, ability to implement the knowledge gained, and the Participant’s independent actions.
Participation in the course alone does not constitute a guarantee of professional or financial success.


6. External Tools and Artificial Intelligence
The course includes work with tools using artificial intelligence that are provided by external service providers.
The Seller shall not be liable for:
changes to the functionality of the tools;
changes to subscription prices;
limitations in the operation of the tools;
discontinuation of external services.
The Participant may be required to have their own accounts or subscriptions for selected tools.



7. Copyright
All materials available as part of the course, including recordings, presentations, PDF files, instructions, and prompts, are protected by copyright.
The purchase of the course grants the Participant the right to use the materials solely for their own educational purposes.
The following are prohibited:
sharing access details with other persons;
copying and distributing the materials;
reselling the course or any part thereof;
publishing the materials without the Seller’s consent.
In the event of a breach of the rules governing the use of the course, the Seller has the right to block access to the course without refunding the payment.





8. Withdrawal from the Agreement and Refunds
The course is a digital product.
Before the course begins, the Participant may exercise their right to withdraw from the agreement in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations.
The Participant consents to the commencement of the provision of the digital service on the date the course begins.
After the course has started and the Participant has gained access to the digital materials, the Participant acknowledges that they may lose their right to withdraw from the agreement in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations.
Withdrawal from participation after the course has started, lack of time, failure to complete the materials, or failure to use the access provided shall not constitute grounds for a refund.





9. Complaints
Complaints concerning the operation of the course, access to the platform, or technical issues may be submitted to:

A complaint should include:
the Participant’s details;
a description of the problem;
information concerning the issue being reported.
The Seller shall consider complaints in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations.
A complaint does not cover:
failure to achieve the expected results;
failure to obtain clients or projects;
failure to achieve a specific level of income;
failure to complete the course due to the Participant’s own decision.





10. Final Provisions
The Seller reserves the right to update the Terms and Conditions for important reasons, in particular in the event of changes in applicable laws, technical changes, or changes to the way the course is conducted.
Agreements concluded before an amendment to the Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the version of the Terms and Conditions in force on the date of purchase.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws applicable in the Republic of Poland.
In matters not regulated by these Terms and Conditions, the relevant provisions of Polish law shall apply.
Purchasing the course constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and the rules governing the use of the educational materials.
11. Use of Participants’ Work
The Participant agrees to the free-of-charge use by the Seller of works, projects, and learning outcomes created as part of the course “AI KREATOR od 0” for educational, promotional, and marketing purposes of the ai.creative_academy brand.
The consent includes the possibility of publishing selected works created by the Participant, in particular on the website, social media, promotional materials, and other communication channels related to the Seller’s activities.
The use of the works may include presenting learning outcomes, examples of completed projects, and results achieved by Participants during the course.
The Seller may publish the works with the Participant’s name or without identifying the author, while respecting the author’s moral rights.


Granting this consent does not constitute a transfer of copyright to the works. The Participant remains the owner of the rights to their materials.
The Seller undertakes to use Participants’ works exclusively in connection with the educational and promotional activities of the ai.creative_academy brand.
